despite the proximity of stuttgart airport, no aircraft taking off or landing disturbed us. location excellent. situation is excellent! at the reception we were greeted very friendly and since we had asked for a quiet room when making our reservation, we got an extremely quiet room. we did not hear anything from the other guests, from the surroundings. in the breakfast room we were very friendly asked for coffee or tea or another drink, although there was already a coffee pot with delicious coffee on the table. chambermaid cleaned the room very neatly and fulfilled our wishes immediately. (new hand or shower towels and new wine glasses). at the reception one could also order some additional pillows if one was not satisfied with the existing ones. simply great!

unfortunately, light of the magnifying mirror could not be switched on. after a short information at the reception this was immediately done and i was satisfied. it was absolutely no weather to sit on the terrace, bird droppings right in front of the outer door from the room to the terrace already disturbed something. these are things that can always happen. i did not find it so tragic!

Our city break at this hotel was really enjoyable. The rooms offered great comfort, with nice and clean bedding, and the breakfast was amazing. the hotel was located close to all the main tourist attractions, which made it very easy for us to explore the city.

the facilities were not available during the hours that suited our schedule, which made it impossible for us to enjoy the swimming pool. the Wi-Fi connection was pretty slow and inconsistent, which was a bit frustrating.

The hotel was a great place for a city break. the decor was traditional German, with lots of dark wood. I liked that the breakfast was available from 6am, and there was a good variety of cold foods to choose from. the staff were very friendly and spoke good English.

My room was located on the third floor and was very small, with a single bed. It felt cramped and hot, and I had to open the window to try to cool down.
